Come learn the most popular style of country partner dancing! This relatively new style of partner dancing is simple, fun, and easy to learn. We will emphasize strong, safe and clear connection between the partnership and fun moves. If you are just starting out or if you struggle in west coast swing or two-step, then try country swing. It's the easiest of all three.

Join Country Two-Step award winner Liza Marians and her partner Mark Pablo for this fun and useful dance class to take your Country Two-Step to the next level. Learn basic patterns and variations as well as connection, leading & following skills, and the basic rhythm of the dance. All levels welcome; we've got something for everyone! Wear shoes with a smooth sole; cowboy boots are fine.

Come learn the most popular styles of Latin dancing in San Diego! This is a beginner level class. We'll teach the rhythm, quality of movement, connection, and fun moves that you can use at clubs, parties, and events in San Diego County and beyond.

Come learn this smooth, elastic, & improvisational partner dance! West Coast Swing a popular dance that can be danced to blues, R&B, pop, hip hop, country & oldies. There are several WCS parties in San Diego, and when you're ready, consider a WCS dance convention! 

Mark Pablo is an All Star WCS Champion and Liza has placed in the top 3 in both Jack & Jill & Strictly competitions. This class will teach basic patterns, variations, connection, and other skills needed to eventually improvise to your heart's content in this creative dance.

Join Liza and several of her students for a fun night of country dancing at The Renegade Bar, San Diego's true honky tonk! It's mostly partner dancing such as country two-step, country swing, jitterbug, wc swing, cowboy cha cha, we danced, & nightclub 2 step. There is some line dancing, but the focus is definitely partner dance. Some folks arrive as early as 6pm to practice. There are also partner dance classes such as country two-step and country swing from approximately 7-7:30pm & 8-8:30pm taught by Renegade staff (not Liza) with practice time in between.

No cover charge on Thursdays, but prepared to buy a drink or two.
